If you are like most buyers, you probably started start looking for properties online and on your to find out that by the time you called the listing agent or visited a property that property is already under contract. This happens because some websites take days to update and some take months and years. I have had numerous buyers contacting me to inquire about a property that had sold many years ago.

I will also attend property inspections, make sure any and all agreed-on repair work is carried out, and handle paperwork related to the sale.I will also help you set up the financing for your invesment, and work directly with a lender to provide you with a seamless service package.
